Description

This dataset presents the footprint of the age distribution of adults by 10 year age groups. The data is a snapshot at 30 July 2014 and is aggregated to 2015 Department of Health Primary Health Network (PHN) areas, based on the 2011 Australian Statistical Geography Standard (ASGS).

The age distribution by PHN has been provided for reference for the accompanying Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW) - Health Risk Factors datasets. The data has been sourced from the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) Estimated Resident Population (ERP) at 30 June 2014.
